You can change your workspace settings with few simple steps. You can even rename your workspace or modify your workspace domain name easily. Click on the down-arrow button next to your workspace name and click the option ‘Settings & Members’.
You can find workspace settings from your workspace name dropdown on top-left corner of the screen.
Once you’re in the workspace settings you’ll get all the options that give you full control over how your team collaborates and manages information across the platform.
My AccountYou can update your profile settings such as change email, add industry, profession, contact details, website links etc. from this page.
You can also change password for your Tixio account from this page.
Hit save when you are done with the modification.
If you have multiple workspaces you can change the profile settings individually from each workspace setting.
Notification SettingsControl notification settings, choose which actions trigger email or in-app notifications.
Primary Sidebar SettingsControl which modules you want to see in the primary sidebar. So you can prioritize the features you need most, and if you’re not using some, hide them to avoid unnecessary clutter.
Delete WorkspaceYou can delete a workspace from workspace settings. To delete the workspace click the Delete entire workspace option under workspace settings.
Note: Once you delete your workspace, all its content and data (created by you or other members of your workspace) will be removed from our server immediately and cannot be retrieved back. So, be careful before hitting the step.
