You can create contracts inside Tixio HR and assign leave policy, work schedule etc. to your employees. Create contracts for an employee and add contract document, necessary details and hit save.
Please note that, you must add a contract start and end date for each contract. Once, the contracts are near to end, you will get notified, so as an HR, you can stay proactive with renewals or offboarding.
On the contracts page, you will be able to see all contracts created so far in your system (both active and expired). From this list you can view contracts or edit them as an HR admin. Please note that, employees can only see their own contracts and cannot get access to other employee contracts, but HR admin can see and edit them all.
To end a contract please go to edit contract and then change the contract end date to current date and save.
Renew contract
Similar to ending contract, go to edit contract and change the end date.
Note: You can end employees previous contract and create a new one in case of promotion, year end employment review or other employment agreement changes
