Creating tasks in Board/Kanban view:
You can create task cards by clicking on the Add new task.. button in each stage. Then you can assign priority, status and other details in the task. Clicking on the task itself will open the task details where you can add more stuff.
Calendar view is used to visualize tasks, deadlines, and milestones on a time-based grid.
Why it's used:
Helps schedule tasks and monitor due dates.
Improves time management by identifying overlaps or tight deadlines.
Ideal for tracking daily, weekly, or monthly workloads.
Useful for recurring tasks and meetings.
Provides clarity on who is doing what and when.
Best for:
Short-term planning, daily operations, and deadline tracking.
Note:
The added tasks with due date will automatically show up in calendar view. A calendar view is usually shown in month.
You can also create new tasks from the calendar view or edit tasks and deadlines right away to see the reflection in the calendar.
Roadmaps are used to present a high-level, strategic timeline of a project's goals, phases, and milestones.
